Description

The service covers the controlled retirement of industrial machinery at the end of its operational life. The process includes machine isolation, removal of connected electrical and utility lines, separation of major assemblies, and preparation of heavy components for safe handling. Machine structures, control cabinets, motors, drive units, panels, cables, and other removable components are sorted and prepared according to their intended disposal or recycling route. Specialized lifting and handling equipment is used to move heavy machine sections safely within the facility. Components are placed on suitable pallets or designated handling areas before being transferred for recycling, scrap processing, or other approved disposal arrangements. The work area is organized to keep dismantled components, electrical materials, metal parts, and reusable items separated. The decommissioning process also includes removal of residual machine connections and preparation of the installation area after the equipment has been taken out of service. Proper handling procedures are followed throughout the removal process to minimize damage to surrounding equipment and maintain a controlled industrial work environment. The service is suitable for obsolete, non-operational, damaged, or permanently retired industrial machinery where the equipment is no longer intended for continued production use.
