The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). This policy explains what data we process when you visit this website, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and which rights you have.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by a service provider acting as a processor on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR. Each time the website is accessed, the hosting infrastructure automatically records so-called server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website and to ensure the technical security and stability of our systems. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation). Log data is deleted or anonymised after no more than 30 days.

3. Contact form, email and telephone

If you contact us via the contact form, by email, by telephone or via WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (in particular name, email address, telephone number, company and the content of your message) in order to answer your enquiry and to process any resulting business relationship. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Providing this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot answer your enquiry.

4. Storage period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Enquiry data is deleted once the enquiry has been conclusively dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply. Commercial and tax retention obligations under § 257 HGB and § 147 AO (6 or 10 years) remain unaffected; the corresponding data is blocked from further processing until the period expires.

5. Recipients and processors

Personal data is only passed on to third parties where this is legally permitted or necessary for the purposes set out above. Recipients may include our hosting provider, IT service providers, logistics partners and, where required, tax advisers and authorities. Processors are bound by data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR. We do not sell personal data.

6. Transfers to third countries

Data is processed within the European Union / European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a transfer to a third country is unavoidable, it takes place only on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate additional safeguards.

7. Cookies and embedded content

Our website uses only technically necessary cookies and local storage entries required to operate the site, for example to remember your selected language. Legal basis: § 25 (2) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. We do not use tracking, advertising or profiling cookies. Our contact page embeds a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited). When the map is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google. 8. No automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR: you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. 10. Right to lodge a complaint

This website uses TLS/SSL encryption for all transmissions. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures under Art. 32 GDPR to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.
